The Eating Plan


We don't like to think of the New Year eating plan as a diet, but more of a change of attitudes to the food we consume.

You will learn about which foods are healthy and rid your body of the toxins you didn't realise you are eating every day.

The prescribed eating plan is easy to follow! You will be given:

  • Daily food plans which you can adapt to suit you.
  • Clearly laid out instructions on what you can and can't eat.
  • Weekly diet sheets to allow you to track and monitor what you are eating.
  • Two recipe cookbooks full of ideas to keep your meals interesting and varied.
  • Weekly analysis of your diet diary.
  • Weekly group diet sessions to aid your motivation and support your efforts in the kitchen.

Toxins

You will rid your body of the six major toxins. These toxins are stored in body fat, making it hard to shift those pounds despite trying all other diet.
They include:

  • Wheat
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Dairy
  • Artificial sweeteners and additives

Once we remove these toxins from our diet and replace them with healthy, fresh alternatives, you will finally lose that fat you have always wanted to remove and feel amazing!
Don't worry, we do all the hard work for you, with simple meal plans and constant education on what is good to eat and what is not.

The great thing is we don't diet, we just change the way you eat, without any calorie counting or restriction on quantities!

How it works

After the induction, you will commence your new eating plan writing down what you eat each week. You will do this for four weeks.

Every Monday you will submit your Diet diary to Christian, who will give you feedback and answer any questions you may have.
We will meet each Monday at the mandatory diet session, where you can ask questions as a group and share ideas you may have!
